We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order from Pet Products 24-7, you can have a full refund for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction.
Simply contact us by phone (toll-free: 1-806-683-3353) or
e-mail:CustomerService@PetProducts24-7.com. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product to us. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.

All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via FedEx and the United States Post Office (USPS) Our average order ships in approximately 5 business days. From time to time we wait for the freshest product to arrive at our warehouse before shipping it to you. While this might delay shipping your order for a few days, we guarantee you the freshest product anywhere!
For your convenience, our delivery vendors will deliver your package to your door without requiring a signature - (In the rare instances where UPS does not deliver without a signature, a note will be left on your door requesting permission to leave your package the next day.)
